Where we ship: Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.
Delivery times:
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days standard / 3–6 business days expedited
- 🇺🇸 United States: 8–15 business days
- 🌍 International: 10–18 business days
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination. Free standard shipping in Canada on orders over $75 CAD.
Tracking: A tracking number is sent to your email the moment your order ships. You can also track from your account dashboard.
Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and aren't included at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll investigate immediately. We'll either resend or refund — your call.
